KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Index (IHSG) fell deeper until the end of the first session today after closing at an all-time high yesterday. On Friday (15/3), the IHSG dropped 0.92% or 68.64 points to 7,364.67 until the end of the first trading session on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
Nine sectoral indices dragged the IHSG into the red zone. The basic goods sector fell 1.36%. The financial sector fell 1.01%. The infrastructure sector was cut by 0.79%. The property and real estate sector plunged 0.43%. The non-primary consumer goods sector eroded by 0.34%. The primary consumer goods sector fell 0.23%.
The technology sector fell 0.11%. The industrial sector fell 0.08%. The energy sector was slightly corrected by 0.01%.
Only two sectors were still able to strengthen. The transportation and logistics sector soared 1.34%. The health sector climbed 0.55%.

The top gainers LQ45 until this afternoon are:
- PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) 4.18%
- PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk (ESSA) 2.55%
- PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) 2.27%
The top losers LQ45 consist of:
- PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) -5.69%
- PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) -4.87%
- PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT) -3.86%
The total volume of stock exchange transactions reached 8.36 billion shares with a transaction value of IDR 5.98 trillion. As many as 274 stocks weakened. There are 221 stocks that strengthened and 245 stocks flat.
The IHSG is still recorded as strengthening by 0.48% in the last five trading days. Meanwhile, since the beginning of the year, the IHSG's strengthening has reached 1.26%.
